Customers may return any merchandise purchased from Best Shape within 14 days (Day 1 is consider the day when you receive your package, If 14 days have gone by since the day of receiving package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange). 

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to give a refund on a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.

Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, sealed, undamaged packaging.

Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged or you have received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a re-stocking fee.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a tracked delivery service to return things. Refunds will start once we get the original package back.

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

We will send you the details to ship the product to our Best Shape Customer Service Center.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, but we will refund your original shipping charges if you return an item due to an error on our part; a defect that we have previously determined; or a discrepancy in the order (wrong product, wrong flavour, etc.).
